- Use only by authorised physicians competent in dermal filling procedures.
- Only for injection into deep dermal or subdermal tissue, according to correct technique; avoid intravascular injection.
- Do not use in areas where tissue is compromised: scars, cartilage, injured skin, infection, active inflammation.
- Prior to injection, take a thorough history and assess the patient's history, particularly conditions that may interfere with healing or increase risk (e.g. coagulation disorders, use of anticoagulants, immunosuppression).
- Maintain sterile conditions: use disposable syringes, sterile devices, do not reuse.
- Avoid intense activity, direct or artificial sun exposure, extreme temperatures, intense massage in the treated area for at least the first 24-48 hours.
- Inform the patient of possible local effects: erythema, oedema, pain, itching, small papules; if they persist or worsen, consult the doctor.
- Caution when combining treatments with other fillers or dermal therapies: the safety of co-administration is not fully established.
- Store the product between +2 °C and +25 °C, avoid freezing and prolonged exposure to light or high temperatures.
HArmonyCa is contraindicated in the following cases:
- In patients with known sensitivity to any of the components of the product.
- In patients with skin pathology or abnormal skin conditions.
- In patients with infection or inflammation (acute or chronic) in or near the treatment site.
- In patients with a tendency to form keloids, hypertrophic scars or develop inflammatory skin conditions.
- In patients with impaired healing due to systemic disease, drugs or poorly vascularised tissue.
- In patients with prolonged bleeding or slowed tissue gain due to medical conditions or medication.
- In patients with a history of anaphylactic reactions and/or multiple severe allergies.
- In patients with known sensitivity to steroids or who are contraindicated to steroid treatment.
That is: not for injection in the glabellar or periocular region, in the lips or perioral area, in regions containing foreign bodies, in patients with herpes or autoimmune diseases.
- In pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- In subjects < 18 years.
Dual action in facial rejuvenation. Its formula combines hyaluronic acid (HA), which provides immediate hydration and volume, with calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA), which stimulates natural collagen production, improving the structure and elasticity of the skin over time.
The contents of the HArmonyCa syringe are sterilised by steam.
This combination provides an immediate lifting effect thanks to HA and stimulates natural collagen production in the long term thanks to CaHA microspheres, improving skin structure and elasticity.
It is particularly effective in reshaping the jaw line, chin and cheeks, recovering volume and definition of facial contours.
The effects can last up to 18 months, varying according to the patient's age, skin quality and lifestyle.
Lidocaine 3 mg/ml reduces pain during injection, increasing patient comfort without compromising the efficacy of the filler.
Combination with other fillers or dermal therapies must be evaluated by the physician, as the clinical data on co-administration are not fully established; specific precautions must always be observed.
