- NAME: NCTF® 135 HA
- COMPOSITION: Solution based on non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid (5 mg/mL) enriched with polyvitamin complex (vitamins A, C, E, group B, biotin, inositol), essential and non-essential amino acids minerals and trace elements (Ca, K, Mg, Na, P), nucleotides, coenzymes (TPP, CoA, FAD, NAD, NADP, UTP) and antioxidant and cell-support components such as glutathione, glucosamine, glucuronic acid and anhydrous dextrose.
- PRESENTATION: 5 x 3 ml.
- INDICATIONS: NCTF 135 HA is a filler composed of hyaluronic acid and a unique cocktail of vitamins, amino acids, minerals and coenzymes that act synergistically to improve skin quality. This unique formula is designed to nourish the skin from within, stimulating cell regeneration and increasing the skin's elasticity and radiance.
- INJECTION DEPTH: It is indicated to be administered by injection into the epidermis or dermis. The recommended dose is 0.05 mL per injection site, at a distance of approximately 1-1.5 cm.
- NEEDLES: 5 x 18G; 5 x 30G; 5 x 32G.
- DURATION: The recommended protocol is 3 treatments, at 3-4 week intervals. Further treatments may be administered every 3 to 6 months if the doctor deems it necessary given the quality of the skin.
- USE: Strict medical use.

No clinical data are available in terms of tolerance regarding the injection of NCTF® 135 HA in an area already treated with another “permanent” filler. In such cases precautions must be taken, although NCTF® 135 HA is not injected at the same level. Patients receiving anticoagulant treatment or a platelet aggregation inhibitor (e.g. aspirin) should be informed of the increased risk of bruising and slight bleeding at the injection site. The patient should be advised not to wear make-up for 12 hours after injection and to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, UV light, freezing temperatures and the use of saunas or steam baths for at least 48 hours after injection. Training in injection techniques for the use of NCTF® 135 HA is recommended. NCTF® 135 HA should not be administered at the same time as medium or deep chemical peeling or dermabrasion. A local anaesthetic (patch or cream) may be applied prior to injection. Note that anaesthetic products may cause local redness or hypersensitivity. Do not inject NCTF® 135 HA into moles (nevi) and active acne lesions.

Do not inject into blood vessels. Do not use in the following types of patients:
- Patients with skin changes or pathologies of any kind in the treated area;
- patients with a history of autoimmune disease or undergoing immunotherapy;
- Patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components;
- Pregnant or lactating women;
- Children.

NCTF® 135 HA is an injectable anti-ageing product indicated for the intensive revitalisation and hydration of tired or dull skin, the filling of superficial wrinkles and the redensification of mature or sagging skin.

INCOMPATIBILITY
There is a known incompatibility between hyaluronic acid and quaternary ammonium salts such as benzalkonium chloride. NCTF® 135 HA should therefore never come into contact with such products or with medical-surgical equipment treated with this type of product.
