- COMPOSITION: 200 mg of 20 Growth Factors, 20 billion Hexosomes, 25 mg High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid (1100-1400 kDa), 25 mg Low Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid (80-100 kDa), 7 Peptides, 8 Vitamins.
- PRESENTATION: 3 x 5 ml.
- INDICATIONS: Signal molecules transported by exosomes improve scalp health, fight inflammation and reactivate dormant hair follicles.
- INJECTION DEPTH: The recommended injection depth is approximately 3-5 mm, intradermal or just below the dermo-hypodermal junction, depending on the chosen technique.
- DURATION: The recommended cycle is generally 3-5 sessions with an interval of 2-4 weeks between applications, depending on the severity of hair loss or type of alopecia.

- The treatment should only be performed by qualified personnel and under sterile conditions.
- Before treatment: take a complete medical history, assessing the medical history, any diseases, current therapies, skin conditions.
- Inform the patient that this is an invasive procedure: explain the risks, the healing phase, possible side effects (redness, swelling, bruising, sensitivity).
- After treatment: avoid sun, sauna, hot baths, intense physical activity, aggressive products on the skin for at least 24-48 hours (or according to clinical common sense).
- Avoid immediately administering aggressive treatments (laser, deep peeling, dermabrasion) on the same areas.
- If adverse reactions appear - persistent redness, swelling, pain, signs of infection, hyperpigmentation - discontinue use and re-evaluate the patient.
- Maintain proper hygiene and disinfection of devices, skin and instruments; use only disposables/steriles.

PURASOMES HSC50+ is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Active skin infections in the area to be treated (bacterial, viral, fungal), herpes, dermatitis, wounds, lesions - because the skin is punctured.
- Acute inflammation or unstable skin conditions (e.g. active rosacea, eczema, psoriasis in active phase).
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more components of the formula.
- Autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiencies (or immunosuppressive therapies).
- Clotting disorders, anticoagulant therapy or predisposition to bleeding/bleeding.
- Pregnancy and lactation.
- Very thin, fragile skin or area with recent scars / recent surgery.
