- COMPOSITION: Polylactic acid 20 mg, hyaluronic acid 10 mg/ml, cross-linked with BDDE.

- INDICATIONS: Indicated for deep hydration of the skin, improvement of the general appearance of the complexion and redensification of the dermal matrix.
- APPLICATION: Can be applied with Dermapen or Derma Roller. The intensity of the treatment and the depth of the micro-perforations must be adapted to the skin type and needs of the patient.

It is able to absorb water, retain it and release it according to the body's needs, thus helping to maintain the correct level of hydration and moisture in the tissues.

- Use only by qualified medical personnel/medical aestheticians experienced in mesotherapy or injection techniques.
- Always check the patient's complete medical history, including allergies, coagulopathies, current therapies, immune conditions.
- Do not apply to undamaged skin or areas with active or inflamed infections.
- Avoid concomitant use with drugs that influence coagulation (anticoagulants, NSAIDs) without medical supervision.
- Inform the patient about possible redness, oedema or slight swelling at the treatment site post-application (typical reactions of biostimulant/injectable treatments).
- After treatment, avoid intense activity, sun exposure and excessive heat sources for at least 24-48 hours.

RICH PL TOPIC is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to the ingredients of the formulation (hyaluronic acid, polylactic acid or excipients).
- Active infection or skin inflammation in the area of application (e.g. impetigo, active herpes).
- Dermatitis or open lesions at the intended site of application.
- Active autoimmune diseases or clinical conditions that significantly alter the immune response.
- Pregnancy and lactation, in the absence of robust clinical data on safety in these conditions.
- Minors or persons under the age of 18 who have not been properly assessed by an experienced physician.
