Precautions for use
- The product is intended exclusively for professional use by qualified medical personnel.
- Prior to treatment, a thorough clinical assessment of the patient is required, including medical and aesthetic history, with adequate information on possible risks and side effects (oedema, erythema, ecchymosis, nodules, asymmetry, vascular occlusion or other rare complications).
- Use only on intact, healthy skin.
- Do not inject intravascularly.
- Do not inject into sites treated with permanent fillers or non-resorbable materials.
- Do not mix with other products or substances unless expressly indicated by the manufacturer.
- Avoid aggressive concomitant treatments (laser, deep chemical peels, dermabrasion) in the affected area in the days immediately before or after treatment.
- Strict adherence to the rules of asepsis and antisepsis during preparation and injection is required.
- Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or not intact.
- The product is disposable: any residue must be disposed of.
- Inform the patient to avoid exposure to intense heat (sauna, sunlamps) or extreme cold for 24-48 hours after treatment.
- In case of adverse reactions, discontinue treatment and proceed according to standard clinical practice.
Contraindications
SAYPHA LIPS is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Known or suspected hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or any of the components of the formulation.
- Pregnancy and lactation.
- Presence of active skin infection, inflammation, dermatitis or open lesions in the treatment area.
- Active or uncontrolled autoimmune diseases, unless otherwise medically assessed.
- Clotting disorders or patients on anticoagulant therapy, unless otherwise medically assessed.
- Ongoing neoplasm or recent oncological history, subject to specialist evaluation.
- Patients under the age of 18.
- Tendency to form keloids or hypertrophic scars.
