ANTI YAL 5x1500UI contains hyaluronidase with the following dosage: 1500 IU of powder extract per ampoule to be diluted in 10 ml of saline solution. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that catalyses the hydrolysis of certain carbohydrate complexes and depolymerises hyaluronic acid, leading to its natural reabsorption. Hyaluronidase is therefore often used in aesthetic medicine, as in some cases the body may consider the injected hyaluronic acid, or some of its impurities, as a foreign molecule, which may induce an immune reaction, e.g. granuloma formation; the endogenous hyaluronidase that is naturally present in the dermis sometimes fails to have an immediate effect on the ’foreign“ hyaluronic acid, so the product will be eliminated slowly through the inflammatory reaction and phagic cells.
USE MEDICAL STRICT. Medical device. Use reserved for dermatologists and aesthetic doctors because they require a medical procedure.
ANTI YAL 5x1500UI is characterised by:

The use of ANTI YAL 5x1500UI requires the following precautions:
- Professional use only: the product should only be administered by qualified medical personnel experienced in hyaluronidase injection techniques.
- Preliminary medical assessment: a careful medical history is required before treatment to rule out allergies or conditions that may increase the risk of adverse reactions.
- Correct injection technique: administration must take place in the dermis or subcutaneous tissue, with sterile and appropriate instruments to avoid complications such as infection, haematoma or local reactions.
- Post-treatment monitoring: observe the patient over the next few hours for any allergic reactions or side effects.
- Avoid use in inflamed or injured areas: to prevent infectious or irritative complications.
- Do not exceed recommended doses: to minimise the risk of systemic adverse reactions.
- Inform the patient: clearly explain the objectives of the treatment, possible side effects and post-procedure care.
- Avoid concomitant treatment: avoid concomitant use with other fillers or drugs in the same area until treatment with ANTI YAL 5x1500UI is complete.
The use of ANTI YAL 5x1500UI is contraindicated in the following cases:

- Under 18 years of age: safety and efficacy have not been established in minors.
- Previous allergic reactions to hyaluronidase treatment: the product should not be used in patients with a history of allergic reactions to this enzyme class.
ANTI YAL 5x1500UI Corrects unsatisfactory results of previous hyaluronic acid treatments e.g. hypercorrection, asymmetry, Tyndall effect, oedema under the eyelid that usually remains for a long time, nodules, haematoma. It helps to resolve complications from thrombosis. However, in this case it is highly advisable to administer it immediately after recognising the first signs of complications. Tissue necrosis could be avoided or become less severe with immediate application of hyaluronidase. Hyaluronidase reduces fibrosis, breaks down the fibrotic tissue trapping fat cells and reduces oedema, it also increases circulation, so it is effective to use for grade 1 and 2 cellulite together with another lipolytic agent and appropriate massage with anti-cellulite cream. Reduces the appearance of hypertrophic scars. Increases absorption of other products.
It is used to correct complications from treatments with hyaluronic acid, promoting its reabsorption and improving asymmetries, overcorrections, nodules or the Tyndall effect.
It is indicated for patients with complications or unsatisfactory aesthetic results after hyaluronic acid fillers, or who need to reduce fibrosis or product build-up.
The action generally starts within 48 hours, with an effect that can continue until about 14 days after application.
It can also be used to reduce fibrosis, improve hypertrophic scars and promote the absorption of other aesthetic treatments.
Temporary local redness, swelling or mild discomfort may appear, which usually resolve spontaneously within a few days.
