MESOHYAL CARNITINE is a solution based on hyaluronic acid and L-carnitine (20%) that acts as a lipolytic, accelerating the metabolism of fatty acids and improving the appearance of firm cellulite and sagging skin tissue, helping to reshape the areas most prone to fat accumulation.

- COMPOSITION: Hyaluronic acid 2.5 mg/ml, L-carnitine (20%).
- PRESENTATION: 20 x 5 ml.
- INDICATIONS: MESOHYAL CARNITINE is a lipolytic that accelerates the metabolism of fatty acids.
- INJECTION DEPTH: Intradermal injections .
Techniques: nappage or stitch-by-stitch (depending on the area of application).
- DURATION: Two consecutive sessions of 5 sessions each, for a total of 10 sessions to be carried out weekly.
- USE: Strict medical use.
- Ampoules: 20 x 5 ml.
Areas most commonly affected by compact cellulite: thighs, buttocks, abdomen, back and arms.
Hyaluronic acid 2.5 mg/ml, L-carnitine (20%).
- Administration only by qualified healthcare professionals with experience in intradermal injections.
- Disinfect the area thoroughly before injection.
- Inject slowly, using point-by-point technique or nappage depending on the area.
- Gently massage the area after injection to distribute the product.
- Inform the patient of possible adverse effects such as swelling, erythema, induration or bruising that may last for several days.
- Store the product between 2 °C and 25 °C, protect it from light and keep it out of the reach of children.
- Avoid use in patients at risk of problematic scarring.
- Monitor the patient in the post-treatment period for any persistent reactions.
MESOHYAL CARNITINE is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Do not inject directly into blood vessels.
- Do not use on skin with irritation, erythema, inflammation, wounds or burns.
- Auto-immune diseases or use of immunosuppressive therapies.
- Known allergy to any of the ingredients (e.g. hyaluronic acid, peptides, idebenone).
- Pregnancy and lactation.
- Active inflammatory skin diseases (e.g. acne, herpes).
- Clotting disorders or use of anticoagulants.
- Skin with poor tolerance to injections (e.g. vascular skin, risk of scarring).
All types of cellulite (especially for compact or fibrous cellulite). Adipose accumulations.
It is used to accelerate the metabolism of fatty acids, helping to reduce fat deposits and improving the appearance of cellulite.
It improves the appearance of orange-peel skin and reduces the visibility of sagging skin tissue.
It is administered by intradermal injections using nappage or point-by-point techniques in the treated areas.
A total of 10 sessions are planned, divided into two consecutive 5-session cycles, on a weekly basis.
It is mainly indicated on the thighs, buttocks, abdomen, back and arms.
