- Active infections and inflammations: conditions such as acne, herpes and dermatitis, especially if they are present in or near the area to be treated, are a contraindication to the use of the product.
- Untreated epilepsy: patients with this condition are not recommended to undergo treatment because of the potential risks.
- Active autoimmune diseases affecting the skin: treatment can aggravate these conditions, causing undesirable outcomes.
- Anticoagulants: patients on anticoagulant therapy may experience increased bruising or bleeding at the injection site.
- Recent treatments with radiation or ultrasound: those who have recently undergone such treatments in the area to be treated should avoid Neauvia Hydro Deluxe due to potential interactions or increased sensitivity.
- Known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid: as the main component of Neauvia Hydro Deluxe, any known allergy to HA makes the treatment unsuitable.
- Tendency to develop hypertrophic scars: individuals predisposed to this type of scarring may experience post-treatment worsening.
- Pregnancy and lactation: the safety of Neauvia Hydro Deluxe during pregnancy and lactation has not been established, therefore excluding this group.
- Age restrictions: the product is intended for adults over 27 years of age and is not suitable for younger individuals.
- Severe allergies or patients with varicose veins in the treatment area: these conditions may increase the risk of adverse reactions or complications.
