Perfectha Subskin Lidocaine is an injectable dermal filler based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid (20 mg/ml) with 0.3 % lidocaine integrated to improve comfort during injection. It is formulated to restore deep volume and redefine facial contours, with particular effectiveness on areas such as cheekbones, chin, cheeks and jawline, and can also be used to rejuvenate hands or treat deep skin depressions. The highly viscous and cohesive gel enables stable structural correction, while lidocaine reduces the sensation of pain during the procedure.
USE MEDICAL STRICT. Medical device. Use reserved for dermatologists and aesthetic doctors because they require a medical procedure.
PERFECTHA SUB SKIN LIDOCAINE is a resorbable gel:
- Advanced cross-linking technology (E-BRID™) which improves elasticity, stability and durability of the volumising effect in the fabric.
- It has high viscosity and cohesion, ideal for injection into the deep subcutaneous and supraperiosteal plane, allowing structural corrections and significant volume increase.
- Composed of approximately 2,000 gel particles per millilitre, with a high particle size (++++), which provides greater volumetric capacity and structural support.

- The product may only be administered by a registered and qualified healthcare professional in accordance with local regulations on the administration of dermal fillers
- The injection must be performed with sterile techniques and knowledge of anatomy to minimise the risk of vascular complications or infection
- Before treatment, the doctor must carefully assess the patient's medical history and check for any known allergies or conditions that increase the risk of adverse reactions
- It is important to carefully monitor the treated area during administration to intervene promptly in the event of signs of ischaemia or altered skin perfusion
- The doctor must inform the patient about possible common side effects and actions to be taken in case of adverse reactions after treatment
PERFECTHA SUB SKIN LIDOCAINE is contraindicated in the following cases:
- It should not be mixed with other products before injection as this can alter the functionality of the gel and compromise sterility by increasing the risk of infection
- Should not be injected intramuscularly or intravascularly due to the risk of vascular compression, skin discolouration, necrosis or ulceration in the treated area and risk of embolism in the organs perfused by the affected vessels
- The injection must be stopped immediately if a change in colour or whitening of the skin is observed and the area massaged until normal colouration is restored
- Excessive correction should not be practised as this may increase the risk of aesthetic or clinical complications
- It is not recommended in patients with known hypersensitivity to proteins, feathers or products derived from bird eggs, as such individuals may also be sensitive to sodium hyaluronate in the product

It is injected into the deep subcutaneous or supraperiosteal plane using appropriate needles, following safe medical techniques.
The integrated lidocaine reduces pain, making the injection more comfortable for the patient.
Generally 1 session is sufficient, with the possibility of 1-2 recalls after 4-6 weeks if necessary.
Restoring volume, defining facial contours, correcting deep skin depressions and improving skin texture.
Avoid intense massage, extreme heat or intense physical activity for the next 24-48 hours and follow your doctor's instructions.
