Packaging
- Syringes: 1 x 2ml.

- Each box contains a 2 mL syringe of PROFHILO®, 2 sterile needles (TERUMO 29G x 13mm), instructions for use and 2 labels for product traceability.

Composition
- Hyaluronic acid sodium salt 32 mg H-HA; 32 mg L-HA.
Precautions for use
- Do not use PROFHILO® after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
- Do not use PROFHILO® if the packaging is opened or damaged.
- The injection site must be on healthy skin.
- Do not inject vascularly, into muscles, tendons or for breast augmentation.
- Do not mix with other products.
- Do not inject in areas where inflammatory processes are present.
- Do not re-sterilise. The device is intended for single use only.
- Do not reuse to avoid any risk of contamination.
- Store between 0° C and 25° C and away from heat sources. Do not freeze.
- Once opened, PROFHILO® must be used immediately and discarded after use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- The possible presence of an air bubble does not affect the characteristics of the product.
- After the injection and for the next three to five days, advise the patient to avoid exposure of the treated area to UV radiation, and it is recommended to protect the treated area with full sunscreen.
- Do not mix PROFHILO® with disinfectants such as quaternary ammonium salts or chlorhexidine, as a precipitate may form.
Contraindications
There are no particular contraindications, but treatment is not recommended in the following cases:
- People with infections or acne on the area to be treated and with difficulties in healing or coagulation.
- It should not be used in conjunction with treatments such as laser resurfacing and medium to deep peeling.
