- COMPOSITION: Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) at 33%, kojic acid at 5%, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) (less than 1%).
- PRESENTATION: 5 x 4 ml.
- INDICATIONS: Ideal for treating skin blemishes, correcting acne scars, improving skin texture and enlarged pores, and rejuvenating the face. Acts as an adjuvant in the treatment of active acne.
- METHOD OF USE: This is a gel product that is massaged into the skin using a special technique. The procedure takes about 15 to 20 minutes. During application there is a slight burning sensation that disappears as soon as the product is removed.
- DURATION: Facial rejuvenation: about 3 sessions are needed, weekly. Treatment of active acne: approximately 4 to 5 sessions, weekly. Treatment of skin spots: approximately 3 to 4 sessions, 1 every 20 days as a complementary treatment. Recent acne scars (reddened): 2 times a week for about 2 months.

- Do not apply to irritated, inflamed, injured skin or skin with active infections (pustular acne, herpes, wounds).
- Avoid in case of dermatitis, angular cheilitis or other skin lesions in the areas to be treated.
- Discontinue the use of topical retinoids (e.g. isotretinoin) at least 15 days before treatment.
- Caution should be exercised in patients with autoimmune diseases or who are being treated with photosensitising drugs.
- Apply with gentle massage; avoid excessive pressure especially on delicate areas or skin folds.
- Do not use scrubs, home peelings or irritating products in the weeks preceding the treatment.
- Strict sun protection on the following days (high SPF).
- Avoid saunas, hot baths or intense sweating in the first 24-48 hours after treatment.
- Moisturise the skin with specific creams indicated in the post-treatment protocol.
- Avoid aggressive cosmetics, alcohol or exfoliants immediately after the session.
- Store the product according to the manufacturer's instructions (typically +2° C / +8° C).
- Limit the number of passes massaged in a session on acne-prone or seborrhoeic skin to avoid over-irritation.
- Plan the treatment according to multiple cycles (e.g. 3-5 sessions) spaced as indicated by the medical protocol.

PRX-T33 stimulates the skin in depth with appreciable results from the very first application, without causing the side effects typical of high trichloroacetic acid peelings. It causes no pain and does not need to be interrupted. It stimulates the dermis without exfoliating the epidermis. Does not inflame, does not redden, and does not photosensitise. Provides important deep hydration. The skin immediately appears plumper and smoother. If repeated weekly, it stimulates the synthesis of new collagen. It can be used as a single treatment or can be combined with the most common aesthetic medicine treatments as it improves their effectiveness.
