TWINE Effect is a powerful and customisable deoxycholic acid solution that permanently eliminates localised fat, guaranteeing targeted and lasting results in body reshaping.
USE MEDICAL STRICT. Medical device. Use reserved for dermatologists and aesthetic doctors because they require a medical procedure.
TWINE EFFECT is an innovative and powerful solution:
- For fat dissolution.
- Potentially permanent resolution of localised excess fat.
- Reshaping and aesthetic improvement of different areas of the body.
- TWINE Medicals
- NAME: TWINE EFFECT
- COMPOSITION: Deoxycholic acid and Adipocytes.
- PRESENTATION: 5 x 10 ml.
- INDICATIONS: TWINE Effect is indicated for eliminating localised fat that does not respond to diet/exercise.
- INJECTION DEPTH: Injection into the subcutaneous fatty tissue.
- PROTOCOL: Potentially permanent resolution.
- USE: Strict medical use.
- Vials: 5 x 10 ml.
Abdomen, culotte de cheval, double chin, thighs, knee fat and other body fat.
Deoxycholic acid:
The main component of lipolytic injectables, it acts by destroying, perforating and degrading adipocyte cell membranes.
Adipocytes:
These are cells that store neutral fat generated by the body; when the cell membrane is destroyed by lipolytic injection, the stored fat is released and the cell contracts.
- Administration only by qualified and trained professionals with accurate knowledge of regional anatomy and injection technique.
- Avoid injecting too superficially or into unsuitable anatomical planes (e.g. muscle tissue or neurovascular structures) to reduce the risk of injury.
- In the presence of concomitant therapies (anticoagulants, etc.) or specific clinical conditions, carry out a thorough risk/benefit assessment prior to treatment.
- Monitor any signs of an intense local reaction (excessive pain, persistent swelling, prolonged lumps) and manage accordingly.
- Local inflammatory reaction (e.g. swelling, erythema, ecchymosis, pain) may be part of the physiological response to fat dissolution and is usually transient; clinical re-evaluation is recommended in case of prolonged persistence.
- Avoid treatment in areas where injection lipolysis is not indicated (e.g. areas with inappropriate superficial adiposity or lack of sufficient adipose tissue).
- Active infection or inflammation at the injection site (injured skin, erythema or ongoing infection) - avoid treatment until the inflammation resolves.
- History or presence of dysphagia (difficulty swallowing), especially if associated with treatment in the submental area.
- Known allergy to any of the ingredients in the solution.
- Pregnancy and lactation.
- Uncontrolled diabetes, active oncological diseases or serious clinical conditions that impair recovery.
- Therapy with anticoagulants or anti-platelet agents (e.g. aspirin) or uncontrolled coagulation disorders - increased risk of haematoma.
- Under 18 years of age.
- Certain sensitive areas such as the immediate vicinity of nerves, salivary glands or vulnerable anatomical structures - require specific techniques and attention.
Indicated for abdomen, culotte de cheval, double chin, thighs, knee fat and other body adiposities, as well as for the improvement of lipodystrophic areas, TWINE Effect offers quick and lasting results where diet and exercise are not sufficient to correct imperfections.
TWINE Effect is an injectable treatment based on deoxycholic acid that destroys adipocyte membranes, reducing localised fat in a targeted and potentially permanent manner.
The product is indicated for abdomen, culotte de cheval, double chin, thighs, knees and other body adiposities that do not respond to diet or exercise.
Fat reduction is potentially permanent as the treated adipocytes are eliminated; the result remains stable if a balanced lifestyle is maintained.
The treatment is contraindicated in the case of active infection, pregnancy, lactation, known allergies to the ingredients, uncontrolled coagulation disorders, serious illness or age under 18.
After injection, slight local swelling, pain or bruising is normal; it is important to follow the doctor's instructions, avoid unsuitable areas and monitor any persistent reactions for clinical evaluation.
